GENA CONSULTANCY
Situation
GENA was established to take up the cudgel of people who feel that they have been badly treated by government or professional bodies that were established to provide assistance to citizens of New Zealand and Australia, to the extent that that they essentially, have become a “victim”.
GENA principals recognise the massive adverse financial and mental impact that such an outcome has on such “victims” and their families.
The agencies may include planning authorities, legal, medical, police and Ombudsmen offices, to which many trusting people, turn to for help in times of crisis and despair.
GENA provides a Strategic Planning Group of analysts and planners with the requisite integrity and experience to define a strategic pathway to seek justice for such, “victims”.
GENA CONSULTANCY
Medical providers, lawyers, accountants, government agencies and private corporates often fail to meet the expectations of citizens who in good faith, had sought help.
Trust and reliance on a government department, an Ombudsmen’s office, a professional service organization
e.g., Medical Review Board / Law Society / IPCA, all too frequently produce delays, disappointments, and concern.
In some cases, the outcomes of investigations by these defenders of the law and your rights tend to suggest that they are focused on preserving the reputation of their organisation, even at the expense of rejecting compelling evidence of wrongdoing.
The challenge and the legal cost to “victims” seeking justice and/or reparations is phenomenal. One unexpected consequence of these challenges can be damage to a person’s mental health, too often beyond full recovery and an invisible precipitator of suicide.
GENA’s purpose is to, put that right.
GENA offers an initial Strategic Plan, free of charge, to people whom it assesses, qualify as “victims”.
